Wine description
Etna Rosato from Cantina Barone di Villagrande is a wine made from 90% Nerello Mascalese and 10% Carricante grapes, grown in the vineyards of Milo, Catania, 700 meters above sea level. After the manual harvest, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 10 days in the absence of marc.

The organoleptic analysis of this Sicilian wine shows a bright onion pink color; the nose is dominated by floral and fruity notes, in particular of blood orange and pink grapefruit. The mouthfeel is immediately elegant with a nice drink as well as a nice complexity.

This Sicilian rosé wine is perfect as an aperitif or with frying. This wine should be served at a temperature of 10ºC in a glass not very wide.
