The Dolcetto d'Alba DOC is a traditional red wine of the Piedmont. The company Giovanni Manzone is located in Monforte D’Alba in the Langhe. The great territory, the good altitude and the slope of the vineyards contributes to the production of the greatest quality wines. The grapes are 100% Dolcetto picked the first half of September. The maceration on peels is for 7 days, follows 11 months of refinement in steel.

Esthetically it has a ruby red color with some intense violet reflections. The scent is intense with violet and jam flavors. The taste is warm and full with a sweet end of fruits and tannin.

It has to be served in medium large wine glass at 16-18°C. It is ideal to be drunk every day and it is great for main dishes and fresh cheese.
