This white wine from Belisario Winery comes from the vineyards of San Michele Arcangelo near Corridonia: the vineyards face south-east and are located at an altitude of 200 metres above sea level. The grapes used to produce this Colli Maceratesi Mareggiata di Ribona wine are Ribona grapes harvested manually in the first half of September. After harvesting, white vinification takes place, followed by cold static decanting of the must. Fermentation takes about 20 days, during which a constant temperature of 13°C is maintained. Maturation takes place in steel for 5 months.
