This Champagne marked the history of the French tradition and represents a symbol of class and luxury. Champagne Cuvée S is a rare vintage wine, produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes only in those harvest that join the perfect climatic conditions and the perfect quality of the fruits. This blanc de Blancs comes from the vineyard “Le Jardin de Salon” and from other lands of grand cru; Le Mesnil sur Oger, the most prestigious area of Côte de Blancs, give to this special wine its fabulous and particular features. One of them concerns the second fermentation in the bottle and the 10 years aging in which the wine rests in the cellar. The small percentage of sugar enrich this Extra Brut, without taking its nature away.

The organoleptic exam shows the unicity of this Champagne. Straw yellow colour with faint and persistent perlage. Its perfume recalls floral hints, citrus fruits, minerals and, after a while, it turns to hazelnuts and mature yellow fruits. The taste is powerful, elegant and full of fruity sensations.

Recommended food pairings while tasting this Champagne

Fabulous for great happenings. It is perfect with oysters and crustaceans like crab and lobster. Excellent also with caviar. It has to be served at 10°C in a high, tapered wine glass.
