From the prestigious winery Lallier della Campagna in France, a wine called Brut Nature and vinified in Blend with Chardonnay grapes for 38% to which were added Pinot Noir grapes for 62% vinified in white. Since 1906, Lallier is a production of prestigious Champagne wines. Without liqueur from dosage to degorgement, Lallier decided to add to its production line a wine of level that encloses in nature itself the territory of representation. This Brut Nature reflects the purity of its noble origins, while freshness and subtlety enhance it and make it suitable for the most prestigious occasions. The vinification involves an alcoholic fermentation with the yeast studied by Lallier technicians, then follows the partial malolactic fermentation for the completeness of the Blend and the wines reserved for it. Finally de-congestion (Degorgement) a few months before shipment, without addition of sugar.
