The Champagne Cuvée produced by Pierre Péters is a blend composed by a selection of four typical wines of Bourgogne. They come from lands famous for the production of white grapes, located in the area between Le Mesnil, Avize, Cramant and Oger. This “Champagne Esprit Millesimato” is produced only with the best harvest too, when the weather and the production conditions allow the high standards of quality.
Features of Champagne Millesimato
Light yellow colour with particular green shades that recall herbs, really shiny, especially if touched by the sun rays. Its colour expresses the features of the most prestigious Chardonnay. The perlage is persistent, structured and pleasant. The scent is full of flowers, hawthorn and acacia. After a while, citrus fruits, orange and lime come out, leaving space, at the end, to toasted hazelnuts and minerals. A great persistence that allows to recognize the features of the cultivation lands full of gypsum. Refined and elegant in its complexity. The taste is powerful and fresh at the same time. The first impression is classy, full of lemon, white fruits, peach, tangerine and toasted, fragrant bread. Its final is persistent and its characteristics gives him balance. This can be considered one of the best wines of France.
