Brunello di Montalcino Riserva from the Tuscan winery La Fornace comes from 100% Sangiovese grapes, grown in the company's vineyards located at 400 m usl, facing north-east and planted on sandy and clayey soils. After the manual harvest which involves a careful selection of the berries, the grapes undergo alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel, and then move on to the refinement procedure which requires a stay of 48 months in French oak barrels and then bottling.
