Brachetto D'Acqui DOCG COCCHI

This Brachetto d'Acqui from Cantina Cocchi is born in the sweet, winding hills of Alto Monferrato: the most characteristic of the sweet red sparkling wines, it traces its origins to a suitable area where this grape variety is best expressed. The grapes used for its production are pure Brachetto d'Acqui: once harvested by hand during the harvest, the bunches are pressed to obtain a sweet must with a typical red color that will then ferment in an autoclave.

It is striking for its bright cherry red color and lively foam. Fresh and elegant scent, with olfactory notes of pink, red fruits. On the palate it has a slight tannicity and a pleasant persistence.
