Wine description
It only takes a sip of this Barolo from Cantina Bruno Giacosa to understand why the wines of this winery are one of the hallmarks of Barolo itself all over the world. The grapes used are pure Nebbiolo, which after pressing and fermentation are subjected to a refinement of 30 months in French oak barrels.
Characteristics of this wine from Piedmont
It has a garnet red color and a complex olfactory bouquet, with hints of cherries, blackberries, strawberries and licorice. On the palate the tannic texture is firm.
Recommended pairings with this Piedmontese red wine
Try it with all meat dishes and with aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18 ºC.
