The Barolo Bricat DOCG is the red wine most famous of the piedmont tradition. It is produced by the company Giovanni Manzone which is located in Monforte D’Alba in the Langhe.The great territory, the good altitude and the slope of the vineyards contributes to the production of the greatest quality wines. The grapes are 100% Nebbiolo coming from the cru of Bricat, and they are picked at the first ten days of October. The wine making on peels is for about 15 days, follows 24 months of refinement in barrels of different sizes and it is bottle 36 months after the grape harvest.
The characteristics of this red wine
Esthetically it has a ruby red color with purple reflections. The scent is vigorous, wide and persistent with clear blackberry, walnut and chocolate aromas. The taste is complex with elegant and enchanting tannins.
