Classic Amarone DOCG is a true classic, it is the fruit of the family's wisdom Allegrini , it embodies the search for perfection gained through years of experience and tradition, for this reason it has been awarded several times by Gambero Rosso and Wine Spectator. The grapes that give life to this wine are Corvina, Rondinella and Oseleta. The grapes are left to dry for about 4 months, around mid-January they are pressed and a long fermentation in steel tanks follows. The refinement takes place in barriques for 18 months and in the bottle for a further 14 months.
The characteristics of the Amarone wine from the Allegrini winery
At the sight it appears intense ruby red.The nose recalls ripe fruit and cherry with slightly spicy notes. On the palate it is a wine of great structure, robust with spicy hints due to the long aging.
