Weinbeschreibung
From a mixed blend of red berried grapes, comes this fresh and pleasantly fruity rosé wine from Cascina del Colle Winery. After the harvest, the grapes are subjected to cold vinification process with subsequent fermentation in steel.The wine is then transferred for 40 days in autoclave where new fermentation takes place.
Characteristics of this rose
It has a peculiar salmon pink color and a delicate but persistent perlage. The palate is fresh and fruity while the bouquet reminds of tropical fruits.
Pairing recommended with this sparkling wine
Excellent with appetizers, fish dishes and savory foods. Try it with pizza. To be served at 6-8°C.
