The Prosecco Conegliano di Valdobbiadene Tre venti Brut DOCG of the Zardetto Company has its origins on the moraine soils of the Ogliano shores where the soil is characterized by the sun during the day and the wind during the nights. The Prosecco has intriguing spicy aromas together with fruity ones. Fabio Zardetto unified these characteristics in an unique sparkling wine for the most demanding. It is exclusively brut in numbered bottles. The Tre venti is a millesimato sparkling wine produced by 100% Glera grapes cultivated in the below area called Rive di Ogliano at east of the DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene area. The vine called tre venti (three winds) is located in Ogliano very closer to Conegliano. The manual grape harvest takes place in the first half of September.
Characteristics of the Tre Venti di Zardetto
It has a floral essence together with very remarkable fruity aromas. The apple and the pear are the main fragrances with some citrons and spicy hints too. It has a bright and pure straw yellow color with vigorous and persistent perlage. The taste is fine, soft, silky, fresh and balanced.
