Spumante Franciacorta Rosé Demi Sec is born in the vineyards of the Tenuta La Montina located between Lake Iseo and the morainic amphitheater of Franciacorta, in the province of Brescia. This sparkling wine is produced with 60% Pinot Noir grapes and 40% Chardonnay grapes, harvested only by hand. This Demi Sec is the result of two different pressing. The first, soft through the vertical press marmonier, and the second with the classic lung presses. The wine then ages in bottle for at least 24 months on the lees. The grapes used in blends for vinification are those of Chardonnay for 40%, and those of Pinot Noir for 60%. The aging of the wine develops in bottle for at least 24 months on the lees.
