The Franciacorta Pas Dosé Riserva Baiana comes from the vineyards of the Tenuta La Montina located between Lake Iseo and the morainic amphitheater of Franciacorta, in the province of Brescia. It is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with aging on its lees for at least 60 months. The blend is composed of 55% of selected Chardonnay grapes, and 45% of Pinot Noir grapes. The aging of the wine develops in bottle for at least 70 months on the lees.

The appearance is straw yellow. The nose opens with enveloping scents of yellow fruit, enriched by pleasing floral notes. The taste on the palate is elegant and complex, with great personality.
