RINALDINI

Founded in the late 1960s by Rinaldo Rinaldini, the Rinaldini company represented by the "il Moro" estate is located between Reggio Emilia and Parma, near the Matildic hills. Consisting of about fifteen hectares of vineyards, in a few years the winery, which rigorously retains its original family-run character, has been able to demonstrate how real miracles can be create from land mistreated by producers and vines and forgotten by winemakers. Cultivated with high planting density but conducted in order to obtain low production yields, and reared in full respect of nature, the vineyards owned by the winery produce grapes that, with tenacity, love, passion and professionalism, are transformed into wine, without never betray its varietal characteristics, and fully respecting the peculiar connotations of the terroir to which it belongs. Between the rows, the attention is maximum, and each agronomic choice is aimed at maintaining the balance of environment, nature, ecosystem and biodiversity unchanged, so the grapes that are harvested are always promptly frank, precious, rich and concentrated in every smaller organoleptic nuance. In the cellar, over the years the spaces have undergone continuous and constant expansion, as well as the oenological equipment have always been renewed in the name of avant-garde and new technologies, but the most important item is always that of the raw material , which is processed and interpreted respecting the territorial traditions, and trying to enhance all that the season has been able to tell in the grapes. We start with White wines, such as the "M'Oro", "OROM", the "Rinaldo" Brut and the "Lieto Evento", and then move on to the Reds and Rosés, which respond to the names of "My Rosa" , “Vecchio Moro”, “Pjcol Ross”, “Picchio” and “Moro del Moro”. From Lambrusco dell’Emilia to Lambrusco Reggiano, passing through internationals and Sparkling, they are all wines, those branded "Rinaldini", which speak the language of the most beautiful enological excellence of Emilia Romagna and beyond.
