NINO FRANCO
The Nino Franco winery was born in Valdobbiadene, a small town in Treviso protected by the rolling hills of Veneto, designed by the many vineyards of Glera grapes, traditionally called prosecco. A story made by three generations of winemakers linked by a deep passion for the vineyard and for its fruits, but also marked by the same enormous desire to continuously experiment and create refined products.Typicality and excellence: these are the elements that have always characterized the Nino Franco winery, now become promoter and supporter of the potential of Prosecco and its territory, the latter being rightly nominated for inclusion in the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The vineyards are almost all in the heart of the territory of Valdobbiadene, with the exception of some plots located in the area of Cartizze, a precious hill - a cru, as the French would say - from which an excellent Prosecco is born. Among the rows, the plants are bred in full respect of the environment and ecosystem, in order to get to harvest frank, fragrant and aromatic grapes, as only those of glera can be. Clusters rich in varietal and primary scents, arrive in the cellar to be processed and interpreted always keeping a fundamental objective well fixed: enhance the fruity freshness and accentuate all those individual nuances resulting from varietal and terroir.Il method used to sparkling the grapes, of course, is the one called Charmat-Martinotti, which, compared to the Classic Method, tends to emphasize the immediacy and fragrance of the fruit, a typical characteristic of younger bubbles, such as Prosecco itself. With over a million bottles baked annually, Nino Franco winery is a company that offers different products, each with its own character and personality. From Brut Superiore to Dry, from Cartizze to Valdobbiadene, through the "Rustico" and the Rosé "Faìve", are all Prosecco, labeled "Nino Franco", which embody the best essence of those that are the most famous Italian bubbles in the world.
