MALFY

This line of 100% Italian gins is inspired by the beauty of a unique place in the world, the Amalfi Coast, from which it takes its name. It is a line of 4 products that well represent the colours and scents of the renowned coastline and can be enjoyed either straight or as a base for imaginative summer cocktails.  The production process requires vacuum distillation, also known as cold distillation, which is ideal for creating a fresh and original gin while maintaining intact the characteristics of the botanicals used. Starting with a cereal base, three botanicals in particular are added to give it its distinctive Mediterranean character: Tuscan juniper berries, Sicilian lemons and Monviso spring water, all skilfully processed by Torino Distillati, based in Moncalieri. Founded in 1992, the company is run by the Vergnano family, which has always been dedicated to research and experimentation in the field of distillation. It was in the wake of this tradition that the Malfy Gin brand was created in 2006, now one of the most interesting gin brands on the market, and one that is enjoying considerable success both for its attractive packaging and the quality of the ingredients used.
