Albert Pic

Founded in 1755, Maison Albert Pic is located in the north-west of the French region of Burgundy: here the vines enjoy a continental climate, with hot summers and cold winters, as well as soil rich in fossils and minerals. The company specialises in particular in the production of Chablis, white wines that best represent the specificity of the terroir: the procedure for their genesis requires fermentation in steel and cement, maturation and refinement in the bottle but without the use of barriques.
