This white wine, better than others, can express the local tradition and the territory. This wine is produced with 100% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes. The Lugana DOP with the Molin label takes its name from the ancient company winery. The Molin label is special because it is made with a careful selection of the grapes which have to pass through a cold maceration which means a resting period on peels for 48 hours at 3°-4°C. This give structure and refinement to the wine. The production is about 100.000 bottles per year. This wine won the gold medal at the Bordeaux contest and also the Milan Expo – Vip which permit the winery to be internationally appreciate. The proof of the Molin Vigneti Storici Lugana DOP is 13%.
