This “Royal” Champagne Grand Cru of the French Pommery Winery comes from the blending of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from 7 vineyards classified as Grand Cru; for the production of this Champagne the fermentations of the grapes are carried out separately before being assembled, subsequently they remain on the lees in the bottle for a period of 10 years.
Characteristics of this Champagne
The organoletic examination shows a golden color, with a very fine and persistent bubble. On the nose there are hints of bread crust and pastry, as well as aromas of flowers and white fruits. On the palate it is complex and elegant with a nice acid streak.
