Mumm’s Brut Champagne "Lalou RSRV" produced in a limited number of bottles. made with a strict selection of the best grapes of vineyards classified Grand Cru and intended for the great connoisseurs. It is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay of remarkable balance and harmony.
Characteristics of this Champagne
Golden yellow grooved by a fine and very persistent perlage. The nose notes of custard, toast, vanilla, dried apples, toasted almond, pear jam and mineral frames. Creamy, elegant, velvety and deep, with vibrant freshness and minerality.
Suggested pairings tasting this product
Excellent in combination with all dishes based on fish. Serve at 10ºC in a slender glass.
